Northern New Jersey Council International Committee NNJC International Committee Vision Statement: The International Committee of Northern New Jersey Council views Scouting as an international brotherhood of young people with shared values, and is committed to helping the youth of Northern New Jersey Council interact with Scouts from other nations.
