Doubleknot's applications can work within your existing web site.  Links for all our applications and all the content you create are provided.  So there is a link for each event, each survey and each document, for instance, and a link for the email list signup process, the facility calendar, the event RSS feed, and all other functionality.  This makes expanding the interactivity of your website as simple as placing a link in the right place.  Pretty simple.

Doubleknot also integrates with some of the most popular "back office" software such as Blackbaud's Raiser's Edge¹ membership database and Gateway's eGalaxy¹ print-at-home ticketing.    

Page Branding

Link from your website to any of our apps and our pages will match your site's brand.  In fact there is very little about Doubleknot that your customers will see.  As far as they can tell, our features look like they are fully integrated into your site.  Seamless integration has never been so seamless.  And, as your site changes over time, simply update the page components (header, footer, color scheme or style sheet) using our Site Brander tool and our pages will continue to match.  We can also do it for you if you're in a pinch for time.

Blackbaud Integrator

For those that use Blackbaud's Raiser's Edge for managing membership and donor data, Doubleknot provides a real time, bi-directional synchronization between systems.  Our Blackbaud Integrator is a framework that can be customized to the specifics of your Blackbaud implementation.  As each installation of Raiser's Edge is a bit different, Doubleknot Professional Services staff work with you to determine the scenarios and exact data fields mapping, in other words, the when and what to sync. The Blackbaud Integrator is perfect for taking advantage of Doubleknot's rich suite of front end tools while still maintaining that system of record in Blackbaud that you've had for years, but without all the manual data transfer hassle.    

Galaxy Ticket Processor

For organizations, such as Zoos that want to offer Print-at-Home ticketing, Doubleknot's Galaxy Ticket Processor provides a method to deliver secure, non-transferable, printable tickets that can be verified at the front gate by your Gateway system.  Using an administrative interface in Doubleknot, packages can be defined that specify the number of tickets and the duration that they are valid.  This information is sent to eGalaxy upon completion of an online purchase and your customer receive an additional email containing the formatted tickets that they can print.  Doubleknot's approach to integrating with best-in-class products ensures that you can get the best of both worlds.
