Summer Camp

Northern New Jersey Cub Scout camping programs are packed with theme-oriented action that brings Lions, Tigers, Cubs and Webelos Scouts into the great outdoors! We offer a wide range of camping opportunities, from day camp to overnighters and extended resident camps. Camping programs combine fun and excitement while doing one’s best, getting along with others and developing an appreciation for ecology and the world of the outdoors.

Camp Lewis

Cub Scout Resident Camp

Scouts and adults participate in a wide array of activities ranging from Archery and BB-gun shooting, fishing and canoeing on the lake, swimming in our pool, to games on the largest sports field in the Northern New Jersey Council! Camp Lewis in Rockaway, NJ offers Cub Scout Overnight Camp in both 2-night and 5-night sessions throughout the month of July.

Cub Scout Day Camp

A fun filled week of adventure for Cub Scouts who will be starting in the 1st-5th grades in September. Located in Mahwah, Camp Yaw Paw hosts Cub Scout Day Camp in July and August. Some highlights of camp include archery, arts and crafts, paddle boating, swimming, fishing, Cub Skills and theme activities!
