NNJC Summer Camp

Northern NJ Council, operates five summer camps. Two Scouts BSA Resident Camps, one Scouts BSA Trekking Camp, one Cub Scout Resident Camp, and one Cub Scout Day Camp.

Our Scouts BSA camps offer both troop and provisional camping opportunities. Resident Camp is fun week-long overnight camping experience for Scouts BSA and Venturers that provides those who attend an exciting program of education, adventure and purpose. It is an excellent environment to promote character, citizenship, and fitness as well as meet other Scouts, earn merit badges or take advantage of advancement opportunities.

Our Cub Scout camping programs are packed with theme-oriented action that brings Lions, Tigers, Cubs and Webelos Scouts into the great outdoors! We offer a wide range of camping opportunities, from day camp to overnighters and extended resident camps. Camping programs combine fun and excitement while doing one’s best, getting along with others and developing an appreciation for ecology and the world of the outdoors.

Camp No-Be-Bo-Sco

Scouts BSA Resident Camp

Set on 380 acres in New Jersey’s Kittatinny Mountains, No-Be-Bo-Sco’s idyllic landscape offers Scout troops an opportunity to experience Scouting in a way that has remained true to the early days of Scout camp. With an engaging annual theme, access to some of New Jersey’s best wilderness, and excellent food served in the open air dining hall, Camp NoBe serves as the regional center of Scouting.

Camp Turrell

Scouts BSA Resident Camp

Sitting on 900 plus acres in Cuddebackville, New York, Camp Turrell is a Scouting paradise.  Whether its sliding down the zip line across camp, hopping on an ATV, paddle boarding, kayaking, sailing on the 95 acre lake or rappelling down one of the three natural faced rock walls – Turrell offers high adventure just a short distance away!

Floodwood Mountain Reservation

Scouts BSA Trekking Camp

The TREK is what it’s all about at Floodwood Mountain Scout Reservation. Nestled in the Adirondack Mountains, just 60 minutes west of Lake Placid, NY, Floodwood is the ultimate wilderness adventure program.  Scouts have the opportunity to customize their experience with canoeing, backpacking, water skiing, rock climbing, rappelling or design a canoe trek lead by an experienced voyager for their crew that takes in miles across Adirondack sunsets.
